Busy Week...

The latest prank - we decorated a friend's house like the apartment in Elf.

The latest cooking adventure by Jill and Tressa. You may not be able to see it but the menu consisted of preggo inspired steak with gespacho dip on top all over rice. The beverage is blackberry limeade. For dessert: fruit tarts and 'bumble fruit' pie (we forgot to take a pic of that). All made from scratch with fresh fruit by yours truly and Tressa. It was VERY good...

22 weeks and growing. I've officially graduated to the "big" shirts. =) We are having fun watching body parts 'bump out' on my belly.

It was bath time for the kitties this week and Tana was scared so she was hiding in Marc's arms...

The trauma continues, she wouldn't even get up to eat Tuna - even when we brought it in and set it right by her head, she just hunkered down and pouted.

Monte helped with laundry this week. The funny thing is that he stayed there all comfy till the clothes were folded and gone...

A weekend celebration

This is the sunset in Des Moines. Marc took me there for the weekend to celebrate being half done with the pregnancy. We went to dinner, went looking at baby things, went for a drive and then the next day went to a Jars of Clay and Third Day concert at Iowa Speedway, the baby danced whenever the bass guitar got going. Then homeward bound... fun weekend.
